
Baked Fish
Delicious baked fish: Walleye, Sunfish, Bass, Northern Pike, SeaBass, Whitefish, Cod, Catfish etc. No Eggs, Milk or Seasoning Needed. Simply take your fish that has been in water. Roll/shake in Chef Robert's Breading. Prepare to bake in oven or Air Fryer.
Equipment
- Pan large enough for the fish filets; cast iron, baking dish
Ingredients
- 1 Fish filets per person
- 1 Oil: sunflower oil, canola oil, vegetable oil
- 1 Chef Roberts Original Recipe Gourmet Breading Mix
Instructions
- Coat filets with oil, roll in Chef Robert’s Breading until evenly coated. Arrange in lightly oiled shallow baking dish and bake uncovered at 500 degrees without turning until done.
