Turkey Burgers
Flavor-Full Turkey Burgers with Chef Robert's Gourmet Breading Mix. A little Chef Robert's goes a long way. 1/4 cup is all you need for this recipe. Reseal the bag for future use.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds Lean ground turkey meat
- 1/2 cup Finely grated Gruyere cheese
- 4 Scallions diced thin
- 1-2 Garlic Cloves Fine diced
- 1/4 cup Mustard Use your favorite
- 1/4 cup Chef Robert' Gourmet Breading Mix
Instructions
- Preheat grill and form burgers:Heat grill to high. Use a fork to gently combine ground turkey with Gruyere, scallions, breadcrumbs, mustard, and garlic. Gently blend mixture into four 1-inch-thick patties.
- Clean the grill and spray it very well
- Place the patties on the grill
- Flip burgers and continue cooking:Move patties to cooler part of grill; continue grilling until cooked through, 5 to 10 minutes per side.
